To provide its core functionality, the Extension needs to access and process specific data from your TikTok Shop Seller Center account. The data collected includes:

• Order Information: Order IDs, product and SKU details, quantities, prices, totals, fulfillment status, and orders currently on hold.
• Customer Information: Buyer's name, shipping address, postcode, and contact phone number, which are necessary for order fulfillment and synchronization.
• Shipping and Tracking Data: Carrier names, tracking codes, and shipping label information.
• Account Health Metrics: Data from your Account Health dashboard, including the Account Health Rating (AHR), order fulfillment SLA, valid tracking rate, and policy violations.
• Financial Information: Your shop's settlement balance, on-hold amounts, payout cycle information, and payment reports.
• Customer Feedback: Voice of Customer entries and shop reviews.
• Authentication Information: We store your Bkteam API key locally in your browser's storage to authenticate and connect the Extension to your Bkteam server.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data collected is used exclusively for the single purpose of the Extension:

• To automatically synchronize your TikTok Shop orders and related data with your private Bkteam management system.
• To automate tasks such as updating shipping information and retrieving shipping labels.
• To display your account health metrics for monitoring purposes.
• To report your settlement balance and payout information for reconciliation.

All collected information is transmitted securely from your browser directly to your designated Bkteam server endpoint (at bkteam.top). We act solely as a data processor on your behalf.

3. Data Security and Transfer

We do not store your TikTok Shop or Bkteam data on any third-party servers. All data transfer occurs directly between your browser and the Bkteam server URL you have configured, over HTTPS.

Data synchronized into the Bkteam system is retained for as long as it is needed for order fulfillment and accounting purposes. The API key stored in your browser is removed when you clear it in the Extension popup or uninstall the Extension. To request deletion of synchronized data, please contact us.

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to any outside parties.
